Fulcanelli: sound alchemists in times of vertigo
From Barcelona emerges one of those bands that understand music as a process of transformation, a journey between the visible and the invisible. Fulcanelli, whose name pays homage to the legendary French alchemist, defines itself through that same metaphor: mixing disparate elements until an unrepeatable formula is achieved.
Alchemy made music
The band doesn’t stick to labels. Their sound draws from folk, alternative rock, singer-songwriter and post rock, but does not stay in any of them. Fulcanelli bets on melancholic melodies and atmospheric guitars, creating soundscapes that move between introspection and epic.

From Third Attempt to La que Arde, a constant evolution
Their career already includes 2 EPs: Planes de Futuro (2015) and La Pausa (2024) and two LPs: Tercer Intento ( 2017) and El Universo Observable (2021), both produced by Raúl Pérez (La Mina, Sevilla). With them the band showed that they knew how to look far without losing their melodic pulse.
The song marks a shift towards more raw and direct sounds, a step forward in intensity that reflects the maturity of the band.

If in the studio Fulcanelli shines for its atmospheric construction, it is on stage where the band reveals its real power. Their concerts – now backed by Polar Management – are immersive journeys in which sharp guitars, emotional climaxes and a rhythmic pulse that catches.

Fulcanelli has earned the respect of media such as Radio 3, Mondo Sonoro or Muzikalia, besides being one of the favorite artists and with more projection for the LoffMusic team, thanks to a proposal that brings personality to the current Spanish independent scene. Their ability to combine the intimate and the expansive, the melodic and the abrasive, makes them a name to follow closely in the coming months.
