From home project to indie phenomenon
What began as a solo project during confinement, Denisdenis has become one of the most promising bands on the Spanish indie scene. Formed by Denis Vélez, Manu Porras, Ramón Sánchez and Chema Rodríguez, the group has experienced a meteoric rise in recent years.
A unique sound and a captivating proposal
Denisdenis seamlessly fuses indie-rock with elements of pop and alternative rock, creating an enveloping and energetic sound atmosphere. Their lyrics, full of poetry and metaphors, explore universal themes that connect with the audience. The band stands out for their care in every detail, both in their music and in their live performances, offering a complete and memorable show.
A meteoric journey
From their first concerts in small venues to big festivals, DenisDenis has shown an exponential growth. In 2023, the band made a name for itself in the independent scene, participating in festivals such as Ika Festival, Microsonidos and Zafarraya Fest.
In 2024, they consolidated their position with an extensive tour of Spain, selling out tickets on numerous occasions and performing in emblematic venues such as “La Caja Mágica” during the Mutua Madrid Open. In addition, they were selected by the jury of Indie Cool as one of the 5 bands with more projection of the national independent scene, sharing recognition with bands like Rufus T. Firefly and Shinova.
A sound that transcends borders
Denisdenis’ music has resonated in national media such as Todo Indie, Andalucía Directo, Insonoro and Mondo Sonoro, among others. Radio Breo has even defined the band as “philosophy made music”. Their unique style and live energy have made them one of the most listened bands on digital platforms.
A promising future
With their first EP, “El Impulso del Destino”, Denisdenis has demonstrated their ability to create memorable songs and connect with a growing audience. Currently, the band is working on their first studio album, produced by José Caballero, a key figure in the Spanish indie scene.
