Pop star Olivia Rodrigo is excited to share her Guts tour with fans around the world. On October 29th, the concert film Olivia Rodrigo: Guts World Tour will premiere on Netflix.
Directed by James Merryman and recorded at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, the concert promises to offer stunning footage of Rodrigo performing songs from his albums Guts and Sour in front of a massive crowd.
“I’m so excited to share the Guts World Tour with my fans,” said Rodrigo. “For those who didn’t get a chance to enjoy it in person, they can now have the best seats in the house. And for the fans who cheered, screamed and danced with me, I’m thrilled that we get to do it all over again!”
The live experience of the Guts tour was not just limited to concertgoers. Rodrigo also brought songs like “Vampire” and “All-American Bitch” to life with performances on the 2024 Grammy Awards, Saturday Night Live, NPR’s Tiny Desk and The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.
Rodrigo was nominated for six awards at the 2024 Grammy Awards: Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album for Guts, Record of the Year, Song of the Year and Best Pop Solo Vocal Performance for “Vampire”, and Best Rock Song for “Ballad of a Homeschooled Girl”. During his first round of Grammy nominations in 2022, he won three trophies: Best New Artist, Best Pop Vocal Album (Sour) and Best Pop Solo Vocal Performance (“Drivers License”).
