The Rolling Stones, timeless rock lives on with new album on the way

At LoffMusic, we bring you the latest news about one of the greatest bands of all time. The Rolling Stones, living legends of rock, are back in the studio preparing what will be their 25th studio album.

According to reports, Mick Jagger (81), Keith Richards (81) and Ronnie Wood (78) have been recording since last April. The band has already completed 13 new songs with the help of Steve Jordan on drums, who has become an essential part of the line-up after the absence of the unforgettable Charlie Watts.

The new album features production by Andrew Wyatt, the same man responsible for the acclaimed Hackney Diamonds, which in 2023 returned the Stones to number one in the UK charts and reaffirmed them as an unstoppable phenomenon.

“Mick, Keith and Ronnie have been working in secret, shaping an album they are really happy with. They are now in talks to decide on a release date,” revealed a source close to the band.

Although fans were expecting a tour announcement this summer – with dates in the UK and Europe – plans never materialized due to logistical issues between promoters. The last time the band played in the UK was in 2022, with two unforgettable nights at BST Hyde Park, where they proved that rock knows no age.

From LoffMusic we will remain attentive to any news about this awaited album and a possible return to the stage. Because if the Stones have made it clear over the years is that rock never dies.
