It has been 10 years since PVRIS burst onto the alternative scene with White Noise, their debut album that defined a new era of alternative rock and electro-pop. To celebrate this decade of impact, the band has released a special edition of the album and announced a commemorative tour, where they will perform the entire album live.
This re-release is not only a nostalgic look back at the past, but also a reinterpretation of the PVRIS legacy, with re-recordings and special collaborations, highlighting the presence of Courtney LaPlante (Spiritbox) on a new version of My House.
An album that marked a generation
When White Noise arrived in 2014, PVRIS consisted of Lynn Gunn, Brian MacDonald and Alex Babinski. However, over time the band has evolved into the personal project of Lynn Gunn, who has spearheaded its growth and sonic experimentation.
The original album contained hymns such as:
๐ฅ St. Louis Patrick
๐ฅ You and I
๐ฅ Fire
๐ฅ My House (now with Courtney LaPlante in this special edition)
Since its release, PVRIS has built a community of passionate fans, and Gunn herself has expressed on her networks the excitement of revisiting this album:
“I can’t believe this album has meant so much to so many people over all these years. It’s amazing to see how it continues to connect with new generations.”

The future of PVRIS: what comes next?
In a recent interview, Lynn Gunn commented that although PVRIS continues to evolve, it has not yet reached the point where it wants to be:
“I would love to see the project continue to grow, there is still a lot to explore.”
With the reissue of White Noise and this special tour, PVRIS reaffirms their influence on the alternative scene, reminding us why their debut still resonates after a decade.
