White’s Last Album was “Entering Heaven Alive” in 2022
Jack White, known for his releases in many different ways, has once again surprised his fans. Last Friday, July 19, the rocker secretly released a new album. Employees at Third Man Records retail stores have been discreetly including this album in their customers’ bags.
According to Stereogum, a fan on Reddit shared on White’s dedicated forum that he received a mystery vinyl titled “No Name” when making a purchase at the store from Third Man Records in London’s Soho district. “I bought a T-shirt at Third Man Soho today and the guy at the checkout put this in my bag too…. I asked and thought maybe it was his demo or something, but he didn’t seem to have a clue, saying he had only been told by ‘management’ to hand it out to customers,” the post reads. “I’m not going to have access to a turntable until after work, so I’m curious if anyone else has seen this or if it means anything to anyone. Maybe I’m thinking too much about blue?”
The same phenomenon occurred with another user on the same forum, who visited Third Man’s Nashville location. “I can totally confirm that it’s a new Jack White album,” the redditor wrote. “I listened to it and it’s pretty good.”
The album contains 13 songs. White’s latest album, “Entering Heaven Alive,” released in 2022, included singles such as “If I Die Tomorrow,” “Love Is Selfish” and “Queen of the Bees.” This project came only three months after their album “Fear of the Dawn”.
Jack White continues to prove that he is a master at keeping his fans surprised and excited, keeping his music fresh and constantly evolving. Stay tuned for more news and find out what else this innovative artist has in store.
