Alejandro Sanz joins the list of great artists who tell their story through a documentary series on Netflix. Like figures such as Keith Richards, George Michael or Luis Miguel, Sanz will show the most important moments of his life and career in an audiovisual production that promises to impact his fans.
The series, produced in collaboration with Sony Music Vision, will consist of three episodes and is being directed by Álvaro Ron, known for his work on Superman & Lois and Hernán.production is already underway and as announced by Alejandro on his social networks it appears that it will be called “Cuando todos me Ven”. This documentary promises to reveal unpublished details of Sanz’s personal and professional life.
The docuseries will offer fans a unique behind-the-scenes look at both the artist’s successes and challenges. It will also address for the first time a difficult period that Sanz has recently experienced, providing a human and relatable narrative. This project is part of Netflix’s strategy to tell the stories of influential figures, as it has previously done with hits such as Beckham, Soy Georgina and Simone Biles: Rising.
With this production, Netflix continues to expand its catalog of documentaries on iconic personalities, also preparing new series such as the one on tennis player Carlos Alcaraz. This type of content has generated great expectation among viewers, and Sanz’s documentary promises to be a new success.
