Listen to the soundtrack of “Fallout,” the series that will take you to marathons with your console controller in your hands

Fallout, a television series based on Bethesda’s iconic post-apocalyptic video game saga, has just premiered on Amazon Prime Video. Directed by Jonathan Nolan and starring Walton Goggins in a lead role, the series promises to immerse viewers in a world devastated by nuclear war.

Set in an alternate 2077, Fallout paints a portrait of a desolate United States, ravaged by nuclear conflict between great powers such as China, the Soviet Union and the US. The survivors navigate a barren wasteland inhabited by mutated creatures such as super mutants, ghouls and other deadly threats, including looters seeking mayhem and destruction.

Walton Goggins heads the cast, known for his roles in films such as “The Hated 8” and series such as “The Gemstones”. He is joined by Ella Purnell, Kyle MacLachlan, Aaron Moten and Xelia Mendes-Jones, forming a promising ensemble.

Directed by Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan, known for their work on “Westworld,” the series promises to bring the rich history and atmosphere of the Fallout universe to the small screen.

Its soundtrack, which contains songs already used in the video game, has themes from the past that will take us back to all those marathons in front of our screen and with the controller of our console in our hands.

To give an idea of what we can hear, here are some characteristic pieces from the video game and now from the TV series alternating with an instrumental marvel, created by Ramin Djawadi inspired by the creations of Inon Zur, the main musician of the video.
