“The singer, known as Peso Pluma, has just been gunned down by cartel members. Peso Pluma had just returned from vacation in the United States when plans were already underway for his execution. Currently, the Army and Navy are securing the area, with all patrols mobilized in search of the perpetrators,” the video states.
It also mentions: “It is reported that there are more injured, although this has not yet been confirmed. At the moment, Peso Pluma’s body is being transported to a specialized hospital. We are all with Peso Pluma.
Shortly thereafter, the same account posted an update stating that the perpetrator had been captured by authorities, further fueling speculation.
Despite causing concern among the singer’s followers, the video appears to be fabricated, as there has been no mention of the incident by the Peso Pluma team. However, fans find solace in her active presence on Instagram, where she continues to share various stories.
Now, fans are anxiously awaiting an official statement from the artist to put their minds at ease about his current situation.
