La Perra Blanco announces new album and tour “Lovers and Fears”, get ready because the rock and roll is roaring again.

Madrid, October 16, 2025.
After an overwhelming tour with almost 90 concerts, the Cadiz band La Perra Blanco returns to the road with a new album and a tour that will tour the main venues in the country from February 2026.

The group led by Alba Blanco -one of the few national frontwomen with international projection since its beginnings- promises a new sonic leap with an album produced by Jimmy Sutton, an essential figure of contemporary American rock.

The result, according to the band, will be a journey through all aspects of rock & roll, with nods to R&B, soul and that unleashed energy that defines their identity from the very first chords.

“Lovers and Fears”: the title that gives name to a new stage.

The new work of La Perra Blanco will be titled Lovers and Fearsand will be accompanied by a national tour that will start on February 27th in Barcelona (Apolo 2) and will pass through the main capitals of the country.

The album, recorded between Cadiz and Chicago under the production of Jimmy Sutton (The Four Charms, JD McPherson), seeks to capture the wild intensity of the band’s live performance with a more expansive and cinematic sound.

“We wanted an album that reflects what happens on stage: sweat, electricity and emotion,” says Alba Blanco.

The repertoire will include new compositions where the group explores more personal themes, without losing the rockabilly and rhythm & blues essence that has made them one of the most incendiary bands on the circuit.

A band that does not stop

With Guillermo González on double bass, Jesús López on drums and Gerard Vercher on keyboards and sax, La Perra Blanco has consolidated a sound that, according to MondoSonoro, “exudes rock and roll from every pore”.

RockSession described their mix as “a storm of rockabilly, country, blues and psychobilly with genuine energy,” while AUX Magazine noted that “50s music isn’t dead, it just needed new blood.”

Since their debut, the band has toured stages in the UK, France and Germany, exporting a style that combines authenticity, virtuosity and an attitude that feels both vintage and fiercely contemporary.

“We like to play as if every night was our last. If you don’t make the audience sweat, you haven’t done rock and roll,” confesses Alba Blanco.

La Perra Blanco, pure stage fire

In just eight years of career, the band from Cadiz has become one of the references of European rock and roll.
Their previous album, Get It Out (Folc Records, 2024), confirmed their potential and took them on a tour that reached almost 100 concerts.

Now, with Lovers and Fears, it’s time to consolidate everything they have learned.
Rock & roll, roots, attitude and a leader who embodies what the genre always wanted to be: freedom in its purest form.
