The announcement of the American-Colombian singer comes on the heels of her previous release, ‘Orquídeas’, which debuted in January. Kali Uchis took to Instagram to share the exciting news, posting, “orchids part 2 next Friday 8/9,” and adding, “Young rich & in love – Kaytranada’s version.” The post also included a snippet of the upcoming remix, giving fans a preview of what’s to come.
On ‘Tu Corazón Es Mío’, Uchis reveals her pregnancy with Don Toliver, combining English and Spanish lyrics to express her deep emotions. The lush R&B production combined with Latin percussion creates a rich backdrop for her heartfelt lyrics, “I know you’re mine completely / Everything you need is inside me.”
