Botanical Nights 2024: a first batch of luxury artists
Madrid’s Noches del Botánico festival has announced the first batch of artists that will perform at its next edition, which will take place between June and July 2024.
The list of confirmed artists is, undoubtedly, luxurious, and compels us to go to many of the scheduled concerts.
Among the most prominent names are:
- Take That, the legendary British boyband, will perform on July 17 with their “This Life On Tour”.
- PJ Harvey, the legendary British singer-songwriter, who will present her new album, “I Inside the Old Year Dying,” on June 10.
- Mikel Izal, now solo, will present his new album “El miedo y el paraíso”.
- Status Quo, the legendary British rock band, will perform on June 3.
- Queens of the Stone Age, the American alternative rock band, will perform on June 22.
Other confirmed artists include:
- Glen Hansard, the Irish singer-songwriter, who will be performing on June 24 with St. Vincent de Paul. Paul & The Broken Bones.
- James Blake, the British producer and composer, who will perform on July 2.
- Loreena McKennitt, the Canadian folk singer-songwriter, who will perform on July 14.
- Julieta Venegas, the Mexican singer-songwriter, who will perform on July 21 along with Kevin Johansen, Liniers and The Nada.
Tickets for the Botanical Nights 2024 concerts will go on sale on December 14 at 12:00 noon.
A varied and attractive lineup
The first batch of confirmed artists for Botanical Nights 2024 offers a variety of musical genres that will appeal to a wide audience.
The presence of Take That, one of the most successful boybands in history, is a great incentive for pop fans. PJ Harvey, for her part, is an essential figure in alternative rock. Mikel Izal is one of the most important artists of Spanish indie rock, and Status Quo is a British rock legend.
Queens of the Stone Age, Glen Hansard, and St. Louis. Paul & The Broken Bones offer a more rock proposal. James Blake is an avant-garde producer and songwriter, and Loreena McKennitt is a folk singer-songwriter with a great career. Julieta Venegas, Kevin Johansen, Liniers and The Nada make up an eclectic line-up that combines Latin music, rock and humor.
Botanical Nights: a festival of reference
Noches del Botánico is one of the most important music festivals in Spain. It is held every summer in the Royal Botanical Garden Alfonso XIII in Madrid, a unique natural environment that provides an incomparable setting for concerts.
