Just days before their Coachella debut, Bizarrap released this double single featuring Mexican “corrido tumbados” pioneer Natanael Cano, marking their fifth collaboration with Mexican artists. Among the natives who have passed through his studio are Aleman, Aczino, Snow Tha Product and Peso Pluma. The long-awaited release of BZRP Music Session #59 brings an unprecedented collaboration with the corrido pioneer. Cano, known as the father of this Mexican genre, has left an indelible mark on the music. Since his massive recognition in 2019, the artist has showcased a unique style that fuses Mexican rhythms with Mexican-American music, resonating deeply with a generation seeking freshness and authenticity. Bizarrap, the Argentine producer who revolutionized the format by taking music to the next level, presents this double release after a year of growth, having reached Top #10 globally on Spotify and #1 trending on YouTube in 18 countries with MS58 alongside Puerto Rican artist Young Miko.
In 2023, Bizarrap reached career milestones, earning accolades such as 3 Latin Grammys, 4 Guinness World Records and a Diamond Record for the BZRP Music Sessions with Quevedo. The first track, “MS59”, came out of a spontaneous meeting in Miami in 2021. This song represents an innovative fusion of trap and “corrido tumbado”, where Bizarrap brings its characteristic sound with a surprising ending. For the first time, the song carries a pseudonym chosen by the public and is titled “Endiamantado”.
The second song that accompanies this release, “Entre las de 20”, fuses the corrido tumbado with regional Mexican sounds. Combined with synthesizers and the touch of Bizarrap, it achieves an unmistakable fusion.
The official video, which has already surpassed 6 million views, combines “Endiamantado” and “Entre las de 20” in one piece. Behind the BZRP Music Session, we find Bizarrap and Natanael Cano roaming the streets of Buenos Aires, with a notable scene on the iconic Avenida 9 de Julio.
After years of participation in various festivals, on May 11, Bizarrap will bring their show to Mexico City as part of the BZRP Live Tour. The event will take place at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez, where the producer will offer an unforgettable audiovisual experience in a 360° show.
