The Australian quartet will perform at the Palacio Vistalegre on September 24 on the occasion of their latest album “5SOS5” (BMG, 2022).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The first decade of the 21st century saw the growth of Luke Hemmings, Michael Clifford, Ashton Irwin and Calum Hood<\/strong>. Four children who would quickly become teenagers at the helm of one of the world’s leading boybands<\/em> The four men are currently four men who demonstrate their versatility and ability to adapt to the industry while continuing to do what they are most passionate about.<\/p>\n\n

From that youthful pop-rock with “She Looks So Perfect” and the ballad that conquered a world as it was, is and will be “Amnesia”, 5 Seconds Of Summer have evolved to the point of not having any label. Yes, reputable publications like Rolling Stone and Pitchfork have referred to Hemmings and his band on occasion as “the new best band in rock,”<\/strong> but they are much more than that, and they’ve been proving it for years. Their latest LP “5SOS5” evidences their musical identity… At the same time, it redefines it with a 180-degree turn.<\/p>\n\n
