Ricardo Barroso, for sound design; the <em>Rapants Club<\/em> team, for stage direction; and the music video for <strong>\u201cNon sei como\u201d<\/strong> is also among the finalists.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It&#8217;s a good example of what these awards are all about.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It&#8217;s not just about recognizing a band for its songs.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The goal is to evaluate everything that helps those songs reach the audience in the best possible way.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And that distinction is particularly relevant in an era when concerts and festivals have become an essential part of the relationship between artists and their fans.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tanxugueiras, Xoel L\u00f3pez, and Carlos Ares: Galician music is also recognized in the studio<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The awards also recognize achievements in music production.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Three albums by artists with very different musical styles are in the running for <strong>Best Album<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On one side, <strong>Iago Pico, Gabi Fern\u00e1ndez, and Tanxugueiras<\/strong>, representing <em>O Cuarto<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the other hand, <strong>Xoel L\u00f3pez and Adri\u00e1n Seijas<\/strong>, representing <em>Oniria Popular<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And rounding out the category are <strong>Dani Cornes and Crnds<\/strong>, with <em>*Aqu\u00ed sempre tes casa<\/em>*.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The diversity of these acts reflects one of the most interesting aspects of the Galician music scene: its ability to develop projects that blend tradition, pop, experimentation, and contemporary sounds.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Professionals associated with <strong>Bala<\/strong> and <strong>Carlos Ares<\/strong> are also among the finalists for best sound.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A way to remember that an artist&#8217;s musical identity is also shaped in the studio, through arrangements, and through technical decisions.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resurrection Fest, PortAm\u00e9rica, and Osa do Mar: Three Ways to Think About a Festival<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Best Cultural or Musical Event<\/strong> category features three very different projects:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Resurrection Fest, PortAm\u00e9rica, and Osa do Mar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Resurrection Fest showcases the international scene of rock and metal in Galicia.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PortAm\u00e9rica has created an event where music blends with other cultural and culinary experiences.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Osa do Mar, for its part, champions a different kind of festival, one that is rooted in its surroundings and characterized by a unique way of connecting with the audience.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are three different types of events.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And that is precisely what makes this category so interesting.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because the quality of a festival shouldn&#8217;t be measured solely by the size of its lineup.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Their personality, their ability to connect with the local community, and the experience they offer to attendees are also important.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Music videos, venues, and sustainability also receive awards<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The PALCO Awards are broadening their focus to include other fundamental elements of contemporary music.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8221; <strong>Mejor Videoclip<\/strong> &#8221; features works by <strong>Karmento, Mondra, El Nido, Candela Liste, and The Rapants<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the &#8221; <strong>Best Music Venue<\/strong>&#8221; the 2026 PALCO Awards be held?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The gala will take place on <strong>Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at the Sala Capitol in Santiago de Compostela<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This will be the second edition of the Galician Music Industry Awards and the first to be held under the name PALCO.<\/p>\n\n<p
