The soundtrack for the upcoming Amy Winehouse biopic ‘Back To Black’<\/strong> has been revealed, featuring an original song by legendary musician Nick Cave<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

The film, directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson, opens in theaters May 17<\/strong> and offers an intimate look at the London singer’s life and legacy. Marisa Abela<\/strong> plays Winehouse in a performance that promises to capture the essence of the artist.<\/p>\n\n

The official soundtrack, ‘Back To Black: Songs from the Original Motion Picture’<\/strong>, is released on May 17.<\/strong> It includes iconic Winehouse tracks, three original recordings<\/strong> from her debut album ‘Frank’<\/strong> and three from ‘Back To Black’<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

The film and soundtrack focus on Amy Winehouse<\/strong> ‘s extraordinary talent, her unparalleled creativity and the raw honesty<\/strong> that permeated her music.<\/p>\n\n

The soundtrack will be available on vinyl, CD and digital<\/strong>. Vinyl editions include an inner sleeve with a personal note from the director.<\/p>\n\n

Deluxe Editions<\/strong>: The 2LP and 2CD deluxe editions feature black and white photographs<\/strong> taken during filming.<\/p>\n\n

The film’s trailer has generated buzz and the film has received approval from Winehouse’s estate. Mark Ronson<\/strong>, a friend and collaborator of the singer, praised the film for its portrayal of Winehouse’s humor and wit.<\/p>\n\n
